Process Control
CET Films wide extrusion line was installed in 2003. The extruder was built with state of the art process controls including auto flex dies, tension controls and speed controls. In addition the extruder is equipped with a beta gauge that continuously measures film thickness allowing for precision automatic die adjustments to ensure consistent film gauge profile throughout the extrusion process.

Quality Assurance
After a raw material has been specified, CET Films will accept the raw material based on the suppliers Certificate of Insurance. Quality characteristics of raw materials will be randomly checked. We will also perform QA testing on every master roll until process capability has been established. After process capability has been achieved testing frequency will be reduced to a mutually agreed upon level.
